Hereford Cattle are known for being a docile and hearty breed of cattle. Their popularity within the beef market, wide availability and docile nature were the deciding factors when we chose the breed of cattle to join our family owned and operated farm.

New Zealand White Rabbits are known for not only being the industry standard for meat rabbits but also remain a manageable size and have a rapid replication rate. These are just a few of the reasons we decided they are the perfect breed to establish what has quickly grown into Lapinshire Rabbitry at Donaldson Farms LLC.

Over 50 laying hens consisting of Golden Buffs, Rhode Island Reds, Dominique and Black Game chickens call Donaldson Farms their home. When we are fortunate to have a surplus of eggs, they are distributed to disabled residents nearby and residents on the farm free of charge. Having the farm able to provide a natural and clean source of protein for multiple disabled, elderly or low-income local families is a feature we would love to expand upon.
